App Privacy

This supplement covers our mobile and desktop applications distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. It adds to, and should be read together with, our main Privacy Policy.
Data we collect
We collect only what an app needs to function. Depending on the app and the features you use, this may include:
- Account data you provide (e.g. email address, display name)
- Content you create or upload within the app
- Purchase and subscription status (handled by the app store and our payment providers)
- Diagnostic and crash data used to keep the app stable
- Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics
How we use it
- To provide and maintain the app's features
- To process purchases and manage subscriptions
- To diagnose crashes and improve stability
- To respond to your support requests
No tracking for advertising
We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising. We do not sell your personal data.
Device permissions
Some features ask for permissions (e.g. camera, photos, location, notifications). We request a permission only when a feature needs it, and you can change or revoke permissions anytime in your device settings.
Data sharing
We share data only with the processors listed in our main Privacy Policy (hosting, payments, error monitoring, etc.), under data-processing agreements, and where required by law.
Data retention & deletion
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can delete your account and its data directly in the app, or by contacting us at legal@nightlybuildgroup.com. Account deletion removes your personal data from our active systems.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children and are not intended for use below the age required in your country (16 in the EU, 13 in many other regions). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data.
